J.Lodge is pleased to announce the promotion of Rodney Mason, a decorated United States Army combat veteran, to the position of Director of Internal Operations.
J.Lodge LLC, a recognized leader in contact center quality management, is pleased to announce the promotion of Rodney Mason to the position of Director of Internal Operations. Rodney is a decorated combat veteran and Bronze Star recipient with an outstanding record of efficiently managing a variety of military logistic operations.
“Rodney has proven to be an outstanding addition to our team,” said Adam Smeigh, Executive Vice President for J.Lodge. “He has worked hard to optimize our service offerings and has been instrumental in expanding the call monitoring programs for one of our largest clients. He’s been a great addition to our team, we’re excited to have him expand his talents inside our organization.”
Mr. Mason joined J.Lodge as a quality assurance project manager working from J.Lodge’s headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to this, Mr. Mason served with distinction in the United States Army achieving the rank of Sergeant 1st Class. In addition to other awards, he received a Bronze Star for heroism under fire during his service as a combat medic in Afghanistan.
