If You Have A Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor:

We recruit primarily through Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors (VRCs).

If you wish to apply for one of our work from home positions, please notify your VR Counselor.

If you are not currently working with a VRC, check with your state agency to locate a Vocational Rehabilitation Center in your area.

What You Need

The minimum work and education experience requirements for these jobs vary from one contract to another but generally require a college degree and previous supervisory experience. Candidates need working knowledge of a PC and basic computer application skills that will be required in order to have a full understanding of J.Lodge and client’s applications. As a result, you will need a PC (specifications will be forwarded to you during the interview process) and a high speed internet connection to conduct your daily duties. It is important that a home office work environment be established – our scope of work demands a quiet work space enabling you to concentrate on your work without any distractions.

During this process, you will go through a series of tests that include multiple choice and written assessments along with other tests that are pertinent to the position you are applying for. The online application will take on average about 45 minutes to 1 hour to complete and can be saved at any point in time should you need to finish it later.

Once complete, a member from our HR department will verify your submitted information and respond to you explaining the next steps of the recruitment process should your qualifications meet our current needs. If your experience and skill set qualifies for a position within our company, an interview will be scheduled with one of our field HR representatives. The entire interview and qualification process is conducted remotely with you in your home office, so there is no need for travel.
